1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ads Pilot AI ("the Service"), operated at ads-pilot.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ads Pilot AI is an AI-powered platform that analyzes Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns and provides optimization recommendations for ad copy, audience targeting, and campaign performance. The Service may include free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Meta Account Connection

The Service requires you to connect your Meta (Facebook) ad account via OAuth authorization. By connecting your account, you:

  • Grant us permission to access your ad campaign data for analysis and optimization
  • Acknowledge that optimization recommendations are AI-generated suggestions, not guarantees
  • Understand that applying optimizations to your campaigns may affect ad performance
  • Retain full ownership and control of your Meta ad account at all times
  • May disconnect your Meta account at any time through the Service settings

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Free Tier

The free tier provides limited access to the Service with usage restrictions as described on our pricing page.

Paid Subscriptions

  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled.

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial purchase. Contact us at info@ads-pilot.ai for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to violate Meta's advertising policies or terms of service
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate ad copy suggestions, targeting recommendations, and performance analysis. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees of performance
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving any changes before applying them to your campaigns
  • We are not liable for changes in ad performance resulting from applied optimizations
  • AI-generated content should be reviewed for compliance with applicable advertising laws and Meta's policies

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, AI models, and content, is owned by Ads Pilot AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Your ad content and campaign data remain your property. We claim no ownership over your advertising content or Meta account data.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADPILOT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR ADVERTISING REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI RECOMMENDATIONS WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR ADVERTISING RESULTS.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
